XIONGGU A-230 water pipeline automated welding system is a new product of XIONGGU designed for water pipeline welding. It adopts compact design to suit space limit in the site, so that it can be installed and used without damaging the insulation layer when it is used in water pipeline projects, with stable welding performance and high degree of automation.

 

 

XIONGGU A-230 water pipeline automated welding system is applicable to conduct all position automatic welding of water pipes and large cylinder components with arc tracking function; It can meet various application requirements such as horizontal welding, flat welding, vertical welding and overhead welding. Suitable for long time and long distance continuous welding, the equipment is stable, reliable and safe in operation; High welding qualified rate and good forming of weld; Applicable for the internal and external all position welding of pipes with diameter above 168mm and large cylinder components. High system integration, compact in size and convenient in equipment handling.

 

 

It is composed of welding head, an external wire feeding box, portable panel, control cables and welding power source. After installing the steel travel band on the pipe, the operator can operate the welding head to travel on the band through portable panel to realize all position automatic welding.

 

 

It is applicable to automatic all position welding of water pipes and large cylinder components with arc tracking function.
