SC-CLS 3 series uncooled LWIR module is shutterless core features in that it adopts algorithm simulated “silent shutter” to accomplish the NUC (non-uniformity Correction) process, which is necessary to keep the sensor uniformity during usage. The shutterless technology not only keeps lower power consumption, but also avoids any noises and “frozen” of image at the events from mechanical shuttering. It is applicable to different scenarios, such as handheld, drone (UAV)… thermal imaging devices. Thanks to our patented NUC technology, there is almost no requirements to our customer to do a 2nd time calibration during the camera life-span.
