Drill Pipe
In oilfield drilling engineering, the drill pipe conection is the main component of the ground rotation system, the lifting system, the circulation system, the drill collar and the drill bit. It reaches the turntable to drive the drill bit to rotate, the hook drives the drill bit to lift, and the mud is sent to the bottom of the well to form a circulation so that the drill bit can break the rock formation and drill continuously. There are four kinds of coating drill pipe optional including TK34, DPC, TC2000, TC3000.
The usual components of drill pipe connection are: drill bit, drill collar, drill pipe, stabilizer, special joint and kelly. The basic functions of the drill string mainly include tripping the drill bit; applying weight on bit; transmitting power; transporting drilling fluid; carrying out special operations: squeezing cement, dealing with downhole accidents, etc. The connection has the characteristics of convenient and rapid disassembly and assembly, good sealing, high tensile strength and high pile quality.
