Paper impregnation line is mainly used for continuous impregnation of decorative paper, wear-resistant paper, balance paper and kraft paper, etc., which used in MFC, flooring and HPL .
Description
We can design and manufacture according to your technological requirements, and determine the configuration of the paper impregnation line. Our equipment can impregnate decorative paper, wear-resistant paper, kraft paper and insulating paper with a base weight of 30g-250g, and applicable impregnating materials can be various water-soluble and alcohol-soluble impregnating resins.
Paper impregnation line produced by Huashunda includes horizontal one-step paper impregnation line and horizontal two-step paper impregnation line.
Horizontal One-step Paper Impregnation Line
It is used for decorative paper with Urea or Phenol. Such impregnated paper is used for making laminates or in pre-lamination of particle boards overlaying.

4.The synchronous control system adopts PLC control, and adopts D/A module signal conversion or communication synchronization. High synchronization accuracy, easy operation, stable performance and long service life.
5.The cutting system adopts independent PLC control.
6.The secondary recoating adopts high wear-resistant anilox roller, which can accurately adjust the amount of glue, and can be used for secondary recoating of the primary impregnated paper.
